March 20, 2022Prices for staying at Smedmore House, the elegant Dorset seaside manor rental property, vary with the seasons. They also depend on whether it is a week, weekend or a mid-week break. Starting from £2950 for a weekend in very low season, they rise to over £10,000 for a week at peak periods Christmas, New Year and in the summer holidays. These prices are for the use of the main house, which sleeps 16 people in 8 bedrooms.
If required, the adjoining Garden Wing, with 3 further double bedrooms is an optional extra. Additionally there is now The Penthouse Flat, a wonderful loft-style bedroom and bathroom on the top floor of this Dorset seaside manor rental. This suite has been designed as a bridal suite and has wonderful views across the grounds and to the sea. These are both extras. Overall a total of 24 people can now be accommodated.

All Bank Holiday weekends are 3 nights minimum. Easter 3-4 nights min(Choice of nights)Christmas & New Year are 5 nights minimum.
One night mid-week stays are possible by special arrangement but not in peak season.
Week bookings run Friday to Friday or other mid-week day by arrangement.
Bookings run from 3pm on arrival day until 10am for a weekday check-out and 6pm on a Sunday or Bank Holiday check out.
Garden Wing: Available as additional accommodation for 6 people for £425 per night for all 3 rooms if taken in conjunction with the Main House. Occasionally available as a separate rental – enquire for prices.
Penthouse Suite: Wonderful bedroom suite at the top of the house available as an extra at £275 per night.
- Boat House: For use as a beach hut on the shores of KImmeridge Bay. This can be rented either by the day, weekend or the week. It costs £395 per week, £75 per day Friday- Sunday and £50 per day mid-week. Event usage will be quoted for separately and will depend on the numbers and timing.
